This small little square brownie will cost you $ 1.80. It may seems expensive at first but once you try it, it will your preception. This brown are unlike others, it feel much more like a sponge cake yet it’s not. Soft on the bite, crispy at the bottom. Not too sure if too much butter was put at the bottom of the try, or simply just over bake it at high heat. Chocolatity, not too sweet, Slight sense of bitterness accompany with little bits of nut. Friendly to the throat.

Hello young and old,

Here is the very first post of FOOD REVIEW !!! ( CLAPPP)

Our first dessert, my personal favorite, chocolate brownie topped with vallina ice cream. I personally think brownies are incomplete without vallina ice cream. Of course, mr brownie here must be warm enough to melt the ice-cream and fuse with the cake itself. It’s a master piece.

The brownie itself comes in a acceptable size and taste just right. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Soft all round without beening over bake on the outside causing the exterior of the cake to be crispy and hard.  Vallina ice- cream was also acceptable. Did’nt get the chance to ask for the brand of ice-cream. What makes the cake complete was when brownie top with vallina ice-cream and drisle of chocolate sauce on top of the cake. Overall presentation was just passable. It look pretty ordinary.
